In preparation of these Web Pages Scottish Christmas Cards have taken every care to ensure the info here is up-to-date and correct, however, we cannot accept responsibility for the accuracy or authenticity of the information and any consequence which arises from it.
List prices exclude VAT though VAT will be automatically added in the basket.
If you are outside the UK you will be contacted after placing an order with a final price which includes shipping (at cost), with VAT deducted where applicable.
At the customers request or for late orders placed after the 10th of December, express P&P charges must be accepted.
Customer will be sent a provisional layout of their over printed details which they must approve. Following approval Company Christmas Cards accept no responsibility for errors in content or layout. If a customer wishes a Pantone reference to be matched it is their responsibility to provide the correct reference. Due to differences in stock being used, colour shades may vary from exact pantone.

DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE

From the 1st of November until 15th of December SC Cards operate a 5-7 working days delivery guarantee, though often our delivery times are less still. This guarantee is valid on black & white printed orders, in addition to 1 and 2 colour jobs, but 3 & 4 colour job times may vary and you will be informed of an estimated delivery date.

Delivery times assume 1 day delivery as our couriers operate on next day delivery within mainland UK - the delivery guarantee is not valid for customers out-with mainland UK, nor if the courier fails to meet stated time targets. Quoted times are from date of proof approval/payment (which ever is latest).

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order on receipt of an automated confirmation email. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed and approved by the customer.

RETURNS

Due to the personalised nature of the product, returns will only be accepted on the premise that the goods are deemed faulty by Company Christmas Cards or that there have been manufacturing abnormalities.
Replacements will be sent out when original items are returned.

Please note that reproduction of images can only be as good as the image provided to us and there is typically a loss of 10% density in the plate making process.
It is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of any goods. All items must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included along with original documentation and proof of purchase.
Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, modified, adapted or repaired. The goods and packaging must be in perfect condition.
We can not accept goods back when they have been used.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage.
We advise customers to return goods by a insured delivery service as we are not responsible for goods in transit.

DELIVERY

UK delivery is a set £8 unless other wise stated.
Delivery is normally with in 2 - 5 working days of a order being shipped.
The delivery service type used will depend upon the value of the product/s purchased.
Recorded and Silver Service parcels require a signature upon delivery.
If we can not deliver the goods within 14 days, we will contact you and you will be given the option to cancel the order and a full refund will be given, or we will agree a new delivery date

Please state what the problem/complaint is any invoice number or order number plus any relevant product codes.
All complaints will receive an acknowledgment within 3 working days, by telephone, post or email.
All complaints will in handled in the strictest confidentiality.
All complaints will be handled fairly.
We will try to resolve your problem/complaint within 5 working days or we will inform you why we can not resolve the matter and how long it will take.
All complaints will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
