Information for International Customers

At Scottish Christmas Cards we are happy to receive international orders from outside the UK and have many delighted customers from across the globe, ranging from the USA, Canada, France, Germany, India, China & Hong Kong. When ordering corporate Christmas cards from outside the UK there are a number of considerations that must be made. After viewing our Christmas Cards please e-mail us if you have any queries or wish advice regarding any of the following aspects.

1) International customers should allow up to 14 days from payment for delivery due to varying shipping times. Orders should be placed in the year as early as possible to allow for this.

2) International customers must accept shipping fees - we will strive to find the quickest and most reliable method of postage, unique to your destination, and will charge for postage at cost. All packaging remains free of charge. After placing an order you will be promptly contacted with a finalised total inclusive of shipping.

3) For order placed out-with the UK VAT will be deducted from the price shown in the shopping cart. Again, international customers will be notified of the finalised price, inclusive of shipping with VAT deducted, after placing an order.

4) Payments by credit card will be charged in £ (GBP) which will automatically be converted into your local currency by your credit card company. Cheque or BACs payments should be made in British Pounds (GBP £) or Euros. You will be contacted with instructions on transfers after order placement.
