"How to Order"

Navigating and purchasing from Scottish Christmas Cards could not be simpler - click on the Card Gallery tab above, then click on the thumbnail image of the card you are interested in.

Here is a five step guide which describes the process in detail. Remember, if you do not understand any detail of the order process please do not hesitate to Email us where we would be happy to answer any queries.

1)Browse Catalogue

Browse our catalogue by clicking on the "card gallery" button at the top of the page. Click on an image of each item for a larger image and detailed description. If you wish to order an item you will be given the opportunity to do so by clicking the "Add to Basket" button.

2)Calculate Order

To place an order you must enter the specifics desired: update the amount in the "quantity" (Qty) box and select the check boxes for front-page printing and/or colour logo if desired. The cart will automatically calculate the amounts inclusive of all charges and discounts. You have the option to continue shopping where you can mix the selection of cards to be over printed with the same message. Press "Order These Items" to proceed.

3)Personal Billing Details

Here you will be informed of the amount of cards ordered in addition to the discount to be received (where relevant). Necessary details include your; name, address, landline telephone number and email address.

4)Over Printing Details

Please view the Overprint Gallery for examples of front page printing and inserts. The next part of the ordering process shall query your over-printing details. You will be given the option of entering your own over-printed greeting e.g. Best Wishes for Christmas from Scottish Christmas Cards. You can also enter your personalised / company details to be over printed and have the option to include your company logo and/or signatures via our specialised File Attachment software. This allows you to select an image file from your harddisc (e.g. the company logo.jpg) which will be automatically sent to us for over-printing. Further options include free inserts (your greetings inserted in the card on high quality paper) and front page printing (again, see card gallery page).

5)Payment Options

The final stage is where you enter your payment details - VAT is automatically calculated and charged for customers within the UK and Ireland and delivery. The prices shown by the shopping cart are provisional - if you are shopping from outside the UK you will be contacted after placing an order with a finalised price which includes shipping and deducts VAT.

If you selected "cheque" as your payment method we will contact you to review your order and provide payment instructions.
A confirmation email will be received for any orders placed in addition to a Pro-forma VAT invoice. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order at that time if desired.
